2. Nature of Services

Sandra Carbone Wellness provides holistic wellness and lifestyle consulting services rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal therapy, nutrition, and wellness coaching. These services are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new health regimen.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and promptly communicating any changes in their condition.
Participation in any program requires personal commitment and adherence to the plan provided.
Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, pain reduction, or other measurable health results.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All services, consultations, and wellness packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a financing option is selected. Payment plans are processed through third-party providers such as Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal’s Pay Later.

All sales are final. Refunds are granted only at the sole discretion of Sandra Carbone Wellness LLC and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a program has begun, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions, services, or supplements.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that results depend on your personal participation, commitment, and adherence to recommendations. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via the online booking link.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the practitioner.

6. Supplements & Herbal Formulas

Custom herbal or supplement prescriptions are designed specifically for each client. Once ordered or prepared, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Clients assume responsibility for reviewing ingredients and discussing any allergies or contraindications before use.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The information provided by Sandra Carbone Wellness LLC is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sandra Carbone is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose or prescribe pharmaceuticals. Clients voluntarily participate at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra Carbone Wellness LLC and its representatives disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in services or use of any information provided.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and records are kept confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

All content, including written materials, wellness plans, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Sandra Carbone Wellness LLC. Clients may not reproduce, share, or resell any content without prior written permission.

10. Agreement
